Workout 003 > Clay

For years, our interests have returned to the raw, the malleable, the elemental.

This time, we found ourselves drawn to a substance steeped in memory. Clay — pliable yet demanding — remembers every touch, every imprint of intention. To shape it is to negotiate with density, force, and temperature, balancing patience and precision in a ritual as old as time.

But beyond its physicality, we sought something deeper — the act of creation itself, the meditative work molding unprocessed material into the form. In this study, we lingered in the slowness of the process, savoring the richness of texture, the poetry of transformation. Rather than embellish, we chose to reveal — allowing clay to speak in its purest expressions. Whether as a sculpted interior object, a fleeting stop-motion metamorphosis, or a digital evolution through 3D printing, our approach was one of reverence: an ode to the raw, the essential, the beautifully unfinished.
