As designers, directors, artists and creators we learn from the past while thoughtfully pushing forward. To do this, we need a mix of people. Both polymaths and specialists, with different backgrounds, perspectives and philosophies. Together we cultivate, explore, define, collaborate, refine, iterate and create.

We are always happy to accept the best people on board, but mere growth is not a goal for us. As with our projects, it is more important to create deep connections to be able to produce something truly meaningful together. Staying small and connected, we make sure that we live by our principles and follow our gut in making a decision.
