Now a design director at Media.Work, Dmitriy started his career as an industrial designer. He was a part of one of the oldest industrial design and design consulting companies. There, Dmitriy worked on many projects, including the development of Zenit M, a new camera coming from a legendary brand, which won the Good Design Award in 2019.
At Media.Work, Dmitriy works as a design director overseeing a wide range of our projects. Professionally raised by both artists and hardcore engineers, he is a person who can advise his teammates on the aesthetic aspects of our work and knows everything about how materials and objects look and behave in real life.
Alexandra is a producer at Media.Work. Armed with a distinguished degree in cultural studies, she has spearheaded numerous ventures in the realms of education and art, deftly navigating the intricacies of textual composition, effective communication, and scholarly research.
At our studio, Alexandra is in charge of social media, public relations, and communication. With an unwavering commitment to harmony, she orchestrates a symphony of tasks, devising strategies to keep the seamless alignment of our operations.
Andrey is a producer with deep knowledge in the design field, including 3D motion, branding, digital experience, and web development. Bringing projects to life for more than 10 years, he has developed strong skills in creative project management, problem-solving, and providing the best service to clients and the team.
Kirill is a designer at Media.Work. Commencing his professional journey as an architect, he discovered an alluring fascination for the immersive field of 3D graphics. Throughout his career, Kirill worked on awe-inspiring projects for esteemed brands such as Microsoft, Toyota, Hyundai, and a multitude of others.
As a beacon of inspiration, Kirill propels our collective pursuit of artistic excellence, leaving an indelible imprint on the creative landscape.
Denis is a Lead Designer at Media.Work. He is a master of complex 3D simulations, who worked on a variety of projects for the film and game industry. Denis was a part of teams who created graphics for games God of War and Shadow Fight 3, films Final Fantasy XV: Kingsglaive, Beyond the Edge and many others.
Denis is one of the most tech-savvy members of our team, who knows how to create stunning and amazingly realistic renders, and has unique visual ideas that often pleasantly surprise others in the team.
Ekaterina is a unique designer with a strong background in the exact sciences. Her first 3D project was inspired by the chemical reactions she studied at university. Diving deep into the technological field, Ekaterina combines this with a great taste for looks and composition. Her previous experience in different studios, along with her knowledge of compositing, lighting, and rendering, allows her to work on any task in our studio.
Aleksei, a designer at Media.Work, embarked on his design journey over a decade ago. After honing his skills at a prestigious video studio, he continued his career on the television, assuming a pivotal role in overseeing program design and crafting captivating sponsorship spots for a prominent channel.
Now a valued member of our team, Aleksei radiates an unwavering passion for graphics, infusing our internal and commercial projects with his exceptional expertise, thereby igniting an unparalleled creative fervor.
Vasiliy is a Creative Technologist in our team, who expands creative horizons and explores visual possibilities at the forefront of technology. Prior to joining us, he worked in game development and created high-end graphics for VR training solutions.
Within our team, Vasiliy is in charge of unique design that pushes the boundaries of cutting-edge expertise.
Vitaly is an IT Specialist at Media.Work. As the backbone of the work of our entire ecosystem, Vitaly is responsible for all operations on our computer networks and our huge rendering farm.
Ensuring that our smooth operation is completely secure, he is busy improving processes and assisting all team members with any technical challenges that arise.
Sergey is an art director at Media.Work who is always pushing the boundaries of conventional solutions in our commercial and internal projects. Harnessing the vast depths of his experience in motion design, he possesses an unwavering ardor for uncovering exquisite beauty at the confluence of the natural and the artificial, deftly encapsulating the authentic essence of brands.
In our team, Sergey is responsible for art direction, expertly leading the creative harmony that underpins our projects. Relentless, he always has a repository of excellent creative solutions.
Roman works with us as an Art Director. While his academic pursuits centered around graphic design, Roman started working as a concept artist. However, he swiftly recognized that he wanted to dedicate his endeavors to the captivating realm of 3D graphics. Following his tenure as an independent artist, Roman's exceptional talents attracted the attention of a prominent design studio, where he collaborated with renowned brands.
Presently, Roman spearheads the charge in both our commercial and internal projects, always bringing boundary-pushing creative solutions to the table.
Artur is the technical director and Houdini artist at Media.Work. Before joining the studio, Artur worked as a VFX artist and technical director, who was responsible for visual effects in such films as Final Fantasy XV: Kingsglaive, Metro, Attraction, Invasion and many others. For two years, Artur worked as a lecturer at one of the most prestigious design universities in Russia — British Higher School of Art and Design.
Now he is in charge of our production processes — Artur oversees rendering and optimizes our technical pipeline while listening to the heaviest music known to humanity and creating complex simulations with maths, algorithms, and black magic.
Now a designer at Media.Work, Daniil previously worked as an architect before developing an interest in 3D graphics and transitioning into motion design. Armed with an elevated command of composition, Daniil has left an indelible mark on projects undertaken by global powerhouses such as Microsoft, Toyota, Hyundai, and numerous others.
Daniil is an irreplaceable member of our team, discerning the subtle interplay of textures, light, and form, thereby harmonizing the visual harmony to mesmerizing effect.
Alexandra is a designer at Media.Work. Inspired by light and photography, she is a master of look development and rendering processes. With a passion for set design, Alexandra discovers ways to emphasize the perfect compositional balance within every frame.
Finding the right combination of form, texture, and light is something that Alexandra truly loves. And her exceptional craftsmanship serves as a source of inspiration, stimulating our collective journey towards unsurpassed perfection.
Artyom is a sound designer at Media.Work. Formerly an actor graduated from The Mikhail Shchepkin Higher Theatre School, he starred in several films before he decided to dedicate himself to music and sound production. He worked as a sound designer on projects for Vogue and Discovery Channel, created music for installations and performing as an electronic musician ITSU.
As a part of our team, he is a master of every sound that is heard in our projects, from small internal pieces to huge global commercial launches.
An absolutely irreplaceable person in the team, Denis is our office manager. He supports life in our studio, solving every question pertaining to our daily life and finding everything we need for our creative experiments.
Always ready to help, Denis is constantly busy improving our office and arranging all sorts of undertaking inside the studio.
Maxim Zhestkov is a co-founder and creative director at Media.Work. Two decades ago, he embarked upon his artistic journey, initially carving his path as an individual artist before laying the foundation of his own studio. Collaborating with a distinguished array of top-tier brands, he is always looking for a unique perspective based on his own artistic method. Exploring the connections between physical and digital reality, Maxim acts at their intersection, manifesting the continuity of exploration.
At Media.Work, Maxim assumes an indispensable role. He ignites a spark within our team, pushing us to transcend the boundaries of conventional creativity.
Igor co-founded Media.Work in 2019, after two decades of working as a designer and art director at production studios and TV channels. Just before leaving to create his own studio, Igor worked as a Chief Creative Officer at one of the top three TV channels in Russia, where he was responsible for all visual communications.
At Media.Work, Igor assumes a mantle of profound responsibility, overseeing the creative direction of projects and is known as a person who can solve any problem — from technical issues to strategic questions.
We are a team that creates cross-disciplinary experimental projects and rethinks standards and patterns of design on a global scale. Our studio is always looking for like-minded people: designers, art directors, technical directors, creative coders and other creatives.
